lab wants to attack and bite

I have a 1yr old chocolate lab his name is nitro, this is my third lab but my first chocolate we got him as a pup and is a good dog every other way except he will attack and bite males if they come to house. If he is on lease he is fine I walk him in crowds and if he knows you he is fine, also with my grandchildren he is a mush. The other day my brother came to house and got out of car he only seen him one other time I thought he would be ok so I said its ok he want right at him hair standing up and tried to bite him bad? he would not stop on my command I had to grab him and he was still growling. Now keep in mind my brother is not scared of him and called his name to come to him.I have a shock coller for him but I don't want him to get loose and bite someone any help would be great never had to deal with this with any I my dogs and we love him so much...ED

hire a good reputable experienced behaviorist/trainer NOW. it will be very hard to give you legitimate, good advice on such a serious issue online without assessing the dog.

please ditch the ecollar, if you dont know exactly what you are doing you cna make him MORE agressive very fast.

Ditto Tanya. A person needs to see what is going on to be able to really help you.

+1 on going to seek help! Call a local shelter or vet and see if they have someone that they recommend. As Tanya said ditch the ecollar.
