    The broad jump!

In intermediate obedience we practice all exercises, or pieces of those exercises, all the way up to utility. Depending on age and ability those exercises are adjusted for each dog in the class. Last week we practiced the broad jump and for the first time put all the pieces of the exercise together and my puppy aced it! All the way from the sit stay to the finish!

For those unfamiliar, the broad jump is an open exercise (the CDX title) and looks like this: Open Broad Jump - YouTube

    Exciting!
