Things are going well. I haven't been training as diligently as I should, it's a difficult time of year to begin with and i am working hard to get my foster adopted haha. but not excused right!
one homework we are spending more time on this week is doing pivots. so the dog turns and swings their butt to be wtih you (useful for many signs). We are working on a poof for now. The bigger issue is I worked a great deal on her standing on things (eitehr four paws or two paws) so she gets confused when I wati her out and try to coax her to swing with me around haha. but our last try we got something close and better than before so - baby steps
I am treating more. Even if it means we are slower on the course and that's working well. I think the big key is she gets we are working now. still lots of work to do but it's been good

The pivots are where my hopping into my position really worked up some energy in Oban. Made it seem more like we were having fun I guess, and he hopped around with me. Needed a heel hand signal for pivots to the left. No hand for right pivots. My hopping, then running away helped too, just had to be careful not to run too many times in case he got the idea that was part of the move all the time.
