    Over the moon happy!!!

    Zola and I made the top 5 AKC Agility Invitational invite list. We get to do the long drive to Florida to compete in December. It has been an extremely fun journey with a lot of trials and a super consistent fast but not super fast girl.

    What is bittersweet is Zola is a replacement dog for Jik who I lost at 1 years old (she was totally a heart dog) .... and me who is not generally weird had this thought at the back of my head that Zola was the one that Jik had picked out for me, sooooo crazy me had to work hard to persuade the breeder that I wanted Zola and not the puppy she had picked out for me. (I don't encourage this behavior, but I had to act on my feelings and it totally paid off).

    Congratulations! I do not remember hearing the story of Jik but I am so, so glad that you and Zola have made the cut! Florida is a long drove from MN but all your hard work is totally paying off! You'll have to tell us all about it!
