I don't have pics yet, I will have them after I take them on Sunday....as soon as I get to the office Monday morning.

Wilson is an 11 mo dudley male who will be neutered before coming into rescue very shortly. His mom gave birth to twins and banished him to the outdoors because he had too much energy and she was concerned about the babies. His dad wants a better life for him than that, and is surrendering him to rescue as soon as he is neutered and gets his yearly shots in the next few days.

Wilson has AKC papers, although he was never actually registered but can be registered by the adopter. He has had basic obedience and has good recall. He is crate trained and spends the nighttime and his home alone time in his crate.

Wilson's dad has turned away many potential adopters because he would have been going to an outdoor home. In the rural area of the "thumb" of Michigan, many labs and other large dogs are kept outdoors. Please help us place Wilson in a loving, indoor home like the one he enjoyed just a short time ago.

If you are interested in knowing more about Wilson and potentially adopting him, please call my cell phone at 248-404-8576. We could also use a foster home for him in Michigan ASAP. Thank you!

I have pictures of Wilson available by email...

He is not yet neutered. He is a little shy of strangers at first, prefers to run around you and sniff, instead of coming close for the first few minutes. OK with other dogs (I took Beau to his house to see him) but not overly friendly and not really interested in play. Wondering if this might have to do with him not being neutered and just general undersocialization? But he is only 11 months old, so there is plenty of time to fix that!

Very active, a good weight, beautiful english bench type with a pretty head.
