Hello everyone, I pulled this big boy from the Meigs Dog Shelter in Pomeroy, Ohio. He was due to be put down, but I had to get him out of there!

Anyone need a big boy to add to thier family?? He is currently un-named (shelter name was loverboy!)

He is a big love, but that name just does NOT suit him! :p:

I am considering Toby but am still open to suggestions! (any ideas?)

Now that his quarantine period is up, he has been moved to a kennel with other dogs & he gets along great with them!! he is a wonderful boy! gentle with children, well with other dogs...

Look at this lab smile!! (we had him tied out in the unfenced section of the yard on a 30 feet tie-out for exercise from the smaller quarantine kennel!

I am located in Virginia and looking to adopt a friendly rascal. Perhaps if some type of transport is coming this way, something can be worked out.

if you do not mind i would love to forward this link to a friend looking for dogs for service work. do you know how he does around traffic new and "different" situations? he looks like he would be perfect size weight range and is the right age to start training which is a bonus.

I remember this guys previous thread. I though Elaina might be weakening, and adding to the family.

He is beautiful. I like the name Toby or Tobias, and even Matthew. Is he the noble, quick alert lab or the dorky, goofy fun lab?

Someday I am going to name one of my labs Kibble or Biscuit, since they love those things the most.

He has been adopted. So many are in need of a good home!! Transport can always be arranged!! The Cross/Urgent section of the board would be a good place to look. Good Luck!!
