I would consult with your Veterinarian on this. Good luck to you. Lazylabs 01-01-2007, 03:09 PM It is approved by vets. This is the most recent drug that they are using for DLE. I checked out a well known Vet from Animal Medical Center in NYC and he has done speaches on DLE and said this drug/ointment seems to be the only thing that seems to help the nose. Deborah 03-24-2007, 01:39 PM I have a 12 and a half year old Labrador Retriever and since early last fall he started having nasal problems, starting with a runny nose which was at first, clear; then mucus became mixed with it and turning eventually to blood mixed with it. He has since lost some of his energy and he is not so attentive. I have taken him to the vet and they gave me some medicine which helped a little but not heal. He has good days and bad days but it hasen't hurt his appetite. His appetite remains to be good. He sneezes along with the running nose, almost as if it was alergy related. What can you reccomend? |
