I have a 9 week old lab pup. I give him 1 cup dry food in the morning, 1/2 cup for lunch and 1 cup for dinner.

he really scarfs it down, like he has not eaten in days. he weighs about 10 pounds. gains about a pound a week.

am i feeding him enough?

thats what we are feeding chester...he's 8 wks and 16lbs. since he's been with us, he's averaged gaining 1/2 lb a day.

what are you feeding your dog?

We feed him Eukanuba LB Puppy, he is 9 weeks but not 16 pounds, more like 12, give or take a pound. He is under weight??

My Tucker is the exact same way . He seems to be done with his food and looking for more. He was just at the vet for his 3rd set of shots. He is 13 weeks and 31 pounds. He seems to want to eat all the time. I feed him Large Breed Eagle Pack puppy food. 2 cups in the morning, 1 cup in the afternoon and 2 cups in the evening. The dr. said he was perfect in every way. Thankfully! But he still always looks hungry......

My Cody just turned 12 weeks. I feed him 2 cups both morning and evening (as per my vet). He is 28 lbs. I just read where pups have "growth spurts" and will show 'bigger appetites' at times.
