Hi New England lab board lovers:
On Saturday, September 19th the US Coast Guard Enlisted Association is taking part in the American Diabetes Association walkathon which is being held at Harkness Memorial Park in CT.
Here is some preliminary info:
Team CGEA is doing great in the efforts to meet out team goal of $2,500, we currently have $455.00 registered donations!!
Go to www.diabetes.org/walk.
Click on Community Program and Local Events>America’s Walk for Diabetes
Select the state and then the site in which you want to participate.
If you would like to participate as a walker, click on the "Sign Up" button on the right or on a team (type CGEA and search).
In addition if you know of anyone who might be interested in walking with Team CGEA, please let me know. Anyone can join our team...you don't have to be a Coastie!
Might be a fun way to get together! We'll be walking with Riley and Kasey (and the dh) on the 3.1 mile walk.
