No, i'm still looking. I like Butters on that page. We went to the shelters this weekend...found two lab mix puppies...a few older one's...I am so afraid to adopt a dog that was found on the street. I do not want my Brodi bein snipped at and I am unsure if I want to train ANOTHER puppy. All I know is that I can tell he wants a sister.

I filled out that application for the place above. I'm gonna try to get Katana...she looks very cute. I like Bella too.

Good luck in your endeavor! For the record, though, dogs "found on the street" aren't more likely to snip at your dog...it is all dependent on socialization and training, which need to be maintained over time, as with any dog. Another myth I've seen on this board from a few poster is that you can be guaranteed a certain temperment by getting a purebred or a staying away from mixed breeds....so not true! Certain breeds are more likely to behave in certain ways, nothing is guaranteed, but your lifetime committment should stand, in any case :) Again, good luck on your endeavor...and in getting sleep the first few nights of your adoption!

Yeagh no kidding about the sleeping hugh! In the past 3 years, I have raised two dogs from 6 to 8 weeks. The waking up at 4 am if forever ingrained in my head. And my dog is a mix, I actually prefer if they have a bit something else in them...give's em character. xo
