Anyone read this book yet. I just saw a segment about it on the news. It's written by a Marine stationed in Iraq and he finds and rescues a little 8 week old pup - looks sort of like a German Shepard mix. All the reviews I read were 5 stars.

I havent read it - but did see a story about that young man and the GSD pup he found. Very heart warming. ;)

I keep seeing it too, but I haven't picked it up yet. I am curious!!

I read it and it was good. Sad in many parts because of what is happening in the war but heartwarming too!
