I found out about Trooper from the rescue place where I adopted my Lab, Boyd. It breaks my heart but unfortunately Boyd isn't too fond of most young male dogs (working on that...) so I cannot foster him myself.
Here is Trooper's story from LabLife Rescue:
This boy is at the Coweta-Newnan Animal Control. He will be put to sleep on the 16th of June if not adopted. We went and looked at him. He is great. I have NO space. PLEASE go and try to help this boy. His ID # is 030609-12. He is stuck in pen B-20. He was wonderful with the children who were at the shelter. It is such a helpless feeling to see him there and not be able to do anything. He appeared VERY healthy. His coat was so shiny. The phone # is 770-254-3735. Thank you!!
