12 c. oatmeal
4 c. whole wheat flour
>8 eggs
3/4 c. oil
2/3 c. honey
1/2 c. molasses
2 c. milk
1 large can solid pack pumpkin (optional)
3 to 4 mashed bananas (optional)
Preheat oven to 325. Grease 2 cookie sheets

Dump everything into a VERY large bowl. Mix this whole mess together (I use my hands, AFTER I take my rings off, another story), pat onto greased cookie sheets & bake at 325 for 1 hour. After 1 hour turn oven off, crack oven door & allow cookies to cool in oven. Break into whatever size you want (mine like LARGE).

Jill loves these, she sits at the oven door waiting!

I made these - I actually did HALF of the recipe and it took my big Tupperware fix & mix bowl to mix it all - just to forewarn you if you're going to make the whole recipe you w ill need a very big bowl.

Yep - they loved them!!! Even gave some away (along with a copy of the recipe). Very easy to make and I just spread them out over two cookie sheets and then cut them in small squares when they were done. I get most of them in a ziploc in the freezer so they wouldn't get bad.

This is one of the recipes in the LVLR cookbook. There's more info on Lisa's website if you are interested.

I'm glad they liked them, and it does take a Very Big bowl to fix them in!
