This is a very sad story about a brother and sister, Elvis and Ellie, black Labs...they were rescue dogs that were adopted by a loving family with kids and a nice fenced- in yard...unfortunately, they were renting the house and when the landlord found out about the dogs, he asked the family to move...or get rid of the dogs...the dogs are now in a shelter in Marietta, GA. They are being pulled tomorrow by Dawn Bechtold (888-710-4184) that runs a rescue in that area. She is looking for someone that can foster or of course, adopt...she has to keep them boarded until someone comes forward to help out. If there is anyone willing to help out or is in the Georgia area...please contact Dawn. I told I would try and help her by posting this on the board. Sorry, no pics.
