Do you use brown or white rice to help cure diarrhea?

i use white.

We use white.

White is more starchy, so it will hold together better.

Brown has more fiber and you don't want more fiber that needs to be pooped out...(gross but true).

I use brown and it works just fine (I would think it would be healthier)

I use white rice. My all-purpose rice is organic white basmati.

We use brown, it has vit B in it, but to stop diarrhea, either one will help.

Hope the diarrhea stops soon!

I know- there has to be one in every bunch...

I use both mixed together. Usually about 60:40- the majority being white.
