I have a 3 month old yellow lab(Nickel) and I have been feeding him purina puppy chow because we tried pro plan by purina and it was not pretty..gave him instant diarhea..so we went back to puppy chow but his coat does not seem shiny or even soft and I just wanna find a good dog food for him .. I would love to hear any suggestions.. :ibow

There are so many foods out there, try finding one that adds omega-3s to the food. That will probably help with the coat. Also, while some dogs can do well on foods like Puppy chow, those that do not tend to benefit from foods that contain more easily digestible proteins (meat based proteins). Innova, Canidae, Chicken Soup for the Pet Lover's Soul, Premium Edge are a few that come to mind. Also, many people have good luck with Diamond Lamb and Rice.
