OK ER was bad enough seeing Greg die, but it was really sad seeing Warrick die.

I was extremely shock at the season finale last season. Who knew the Under-Sheriff would be the killer.

How do you feel about Grissom leaving the show? He makes the show. I wonder if it will be worth watching afterwards.

I'm actually surprised the full cast stayed around as long as they did. Anyone hear who they're replacing these characters with?

This is my favorite and only one that I HAVE to watch but it makes me sad seeing these characters go. At least we've gotten them back in the past but it's pretty obvious he isn't coming back from the grave. :( I'm worried about it too.

I watch Miami and like it. I've never watched NY though. Las Vegas is my favorite.

I'm a wait and see kind of person. I was very shocked when they killed off Warrick, and it's too bad that they're going to lose Grissom too. I tried to watch the other two, but they are on too late, and they aren't as good IMO.

The original CSI was my favorite till they started getting really, really graphic with the autopsies. And, then to really turn my stomach, they started giving the Katherine Willows character more script. Can't stand her. So I gravitated towards Miami but it conflicts with MNF and Boston Legal. So then I moved on to NY and it's pretty good, when I remember to watch.

I love all the CSI's and I have liked that they each are so individual. Though the Vegas one they are more crime scene detectives than cops.

The real life Warrick got in serious trouble, I don't think they had a choice. I think he is going to jail or something. I can't remember but I remember reading about it last year. I am terrible with the actors names but the man who played Warrick was one gorgeous interesting looking human being.

When Grissom goes it will be sad and hard. He is this show, however if they don't "replace" him yet bring in a new character that keeps the show moving forward it could be just fine. I plan to wait and see. I do like Forrest Whittaker, so it could be good. I think that is who I heard was coming in.

I love this couch potato thread. I really am one you know! :brow:

It was so sad last week when Warrick dies. I sit here and cried. I did not know Grissom was leaving too.

Laurence Fishburne is replacing William Peterson, and Gary Dourdin did not renew his contract with the show; he was arrested in April for drug possession but got off with no jail time only mandatory rehabilitation (at least he told the press that he chose not to renew his contract, sounds fishy to me, considering the felony conviction for drugs).

OOPS!!! :o: Thanks for clarifying my blunders. I like Laurence too. I knew there was some run in with the law, couldn't remember the outcome for Gary Dourdin. Thanks again ;)

I love all the CSI's, although Miami is my least favorite. With my 2 favorite characters gone from LV:cry:, I don't know if I'll still watch. I hate that the actors don't stay with the shows anymore.

I wish you were right :tapfoot:. I do not see why some people get special treatment, I know that I would have been fired if I was arrested for felony Heroine possesion.

Sarah looks really good since leaving the show. Anyone remember her time on ER? So obviously Grissom will go off to be with her.

And then there was just Nick and Katherine...

Greg is *almost* part of the "and then there was..." cast. At least in my mind. :o:

I'm so peeved that Sara is back - she is my LEAST favourite of all the CSI characters. Grissom is the show, I don't know that I will be able to watch it without him. Actually, I haven't been very religious about watching it this season (or last, for that matter).

CSI has been on for a long time and after awhile some actors want to move on to other things like George Clooney did on ER. If the writers are smart they write the script so the characters can come back in the future even if it is only for a guest appearance. Like Sarah did!

Don't worry she's not back for good. She's only back to take Gil away. So hate her even more now.
