Helllooo my fellow loosers :D

So I haven't been in this section for a couple of weeks. I was training at my company's home office and I stayed at a hotel for the entire week. We had a buffet breakfast every day, catered lunch and went out to dinner every night. It was nearly impossible to make good choices (or so I told myself  ) so I went off the plan for that week.

I then got home and milked it for another week.

Long story short - I've been bad and I know it. I did a little research and there is a WW meeting in my building! SO I signed up for a monthly pass and went to my first ever meeting (I always did this online).

Yesterday was my first weigh in (after being on plan for a week) and I lost 1.6! Yay!

What's everyone else up to? or should I say "down to"? :D

Hey Beth,

Where are the daily threads? I don't know - I guess we are slacking in that department too :o:

Congrats on the weight loss - that is really good. I was not aware you were doing WW online - I guess going to the meetings is better for you? Keep up the good work.

I think I'm reaching my plateau as my goal is only 9lbs away right now, though I'm contemplating maybe going for another 5 pounds. Not sure though yet.I may have to start exercising which I had started but only done like twice a week so I'm not sure - I just don't want to see a gain because of the exercise.

I'll be weighing in on Monday and see what the scale says!

Congrats on your losses!

I went to weigh in on Wednesday (I haven't been doing well) and my instructor wanted me to write in everything and turn it in to her. So this I'm being REAL good this week! :)

That sure got me back on track!

Totally feeling you... My DD was sick and in the hospital, so I had a week of staying in a hotel and eating out gained 6lbs. Went to my 1st meeting today and hopefully will have a good weigh in next Saturday.

Great Job on your loss.

I weighed in yesterday (saturday) and I lost 4 pounds! I worked my butt off last week, and I guess joining the gym really help!

I'm still down 7!!! I'll count that as progress as usually I lose a bunch and gain it right back- I neeeeeed to find an exercise program though!
