Just curious for those who started the lab feasts - what exactly do you do? Just meet at a park or something or is it an event with sponsors and stuff? Take advantage of other events and then meet with other lab owners?

They are just gatherings that a board member volunteers to organize and run.

Most people just pick a park, do the research on the park and arrange the details. Some do other things such as BBQs, pool things.. etc, but most of them are just a few hours at a dog park to let the dogs run and play together! :)

When we hosted the very first one, we made it a weekend and held it at our home. You just post a feeler thread and ask if anybody is interested then pick a date and way you go. Good luck!
