Although I didn't get to go, from what everyone says, the event was a big success. There were many, many big jumping dogs there. It was hot.....VERY hot....but it didn't seem to affect the dogs' jumping.
Hubby took Spud. It was Spuddy boy's first competition. His best jump was 11'6" which is about average for what he's been doing in practice. But he got a participation medal and thinks he's a champ. Here are a couple of photos, one of Spud jumping and one of him with his medal:

And here the link to my husband's photo site (http://www.skyhawk.exposuremanager.com/g/cma-nashville_tn_event). He's a professional sports photographer. He took a lot of photos at the event.
I can't wait until the Dock Dogs event in Columbus, GA in just a few weeks!!! :thumb4:
