DockDogs will have their National Championships October 16-18 at the King Island Resort and Conference Center in Mason, Ohio (right outside of Cincinnati).
This is their 10th anniversary, so they are going all out. There will be four....that's right FOUR docks and pools going simultaneously.
It is going to be AWESOME!!!!! If you can possibly come out and watch, you will see the absolutely best dock diving anywhere.
Team 4 Dawg Flite will be there. Look for our Dixie Dock Dogs tent! :D

I hope to be there to observe :tup2: and I'm looking forward to it. I may bring one or two of my crew. Depending if DH goes or not. Two of mine have dock dived, but just for fun.
My husband and I were talking about this yesterday as I "warned" him that I wanted to go. It's been pretty chilly here this weekend and when I told him it was outside, he said those dogs are going to get pretty cold. With that being said, do they heat the water?
I haven't looked at the weather prediction for next weekend because it could change every day until then, as our weather people are so predictable here :roll2: I hope the weather cooperates for this event though. Cincinnati fall days can be so beautifil. :brow:
I know you jumpers know each other, but I would like to meet up with the board members who will be there. :D Let me know.

No, the water is not heated. But they jump into cold water just fine. It's really no problem unless is drops down into the 30's.
I hope you can come see us. Bringing your dogs is fine, but just an FYI...this is not like a regular event where they have open docks for anyone to practice. This is an event only for competitors.
I wouldn't want you to bring your dogs thinking you could let them try it out. But we definitely want lots and lots of spectators cheering us on! :D

I wasn't planning on mine being able to jump. I wish they could have, but I totally understand that there wouldn't be any "open" jumping for people like me who are just watching. I just like to bring at least one of my crew when I go to stuff like this, especially if they are allowed. :D
Hope to see you there.

We'll be there too! We might not have the banners for the Three Rivers Dock Dogs yet but look us up. The packing has begun!

Yep, Damian's right. Brandy and I will be there - just look for the Ontario Dock Dogs camp. Oh, Grizzelda wants to let you know she'll be there too, even though she thinks dockdiving is silly!

Dress warm if you are coming to Cincinnati for the dock diving event. There's a "chance" of flurries Friday night into Saturday morning. :smow:
