Let's try to uphold a level of ethical behavior in this section :thumb4:
As per the forum rule regarding Slander (which is for the protection of individuals posting in this forum), it is permissible to ask for private responses to questions about breeders, for example:
"Does anyone have any experience with ZenCat Labrador Retrievers? Please PM or email information."
Please do not:
Post links to their website
Openly criticize their business or their dogs in the open forum (i.e. call them a BYB, discuss their dog's faults, etc.)
Post any private correspondence between yourself and the breeder
On the other side, if you are a breeder, there are rules that apply.
We do not allow the selling of puppies, or the advertising or promoting of Stud Dogs or Bitches on this board.
When discussing potential puppy buyers, discussion and advice is fine, but please keep all personal or identifying information out of the public forum and please do not:
Post names, locations, etc.
Reproduce in part or in whole any personal correspondence (including email) between you here on the public forum
Consider how you discuss potential buyers - even anonymously - because potential buyers may be reading your posts and judge your character by the way you conduct yourself here.

As an owner of the forum I am not responsible for what members post. It's the Craigs List Chicago descision. You as a member however are not. Do not post breeders, vet, trainers et al names and phone numbers and web sites and try to expose them or accuse them. Even if what you are saying is true you leave yourself open to a lawsuit. They seem to be happening more frequently in the news. Instead speak in general terms about your experience or ask if anybody has information on breeder "a" and have them PM or Email you.
Advertising, Spam and Selling Puppies et al
There are advertising opportunities for this board. The Forums are not a place to Spam your ebay links, artwork sites or anything else for that manner. If you are interested in Advertising then please follow this link:
