They gave me some Iams to feed Bowzer and I am almost out. What kind is the best for him?

So glad you're asking about a different kibble other than Iams. There are a number of good kibbles out there but it depends on what meat protein Bowzer does best on, and what you can afford for the better kibbles.

When you look for a new food, avoid anything with chemical preservatives, artificial flavors and colors, and sugar. Look for something that lists Meat (Chicken, Lamb, whatever) as the first ingredient (not meat or unnamed meat by products).

You will find a better selection of foods at a pet store; grocery store dog food is definitely the bottom rung of the ladder as far as proper nutrition goes.
