I was surfing the other day and came across a dog site with this recipe...it sounds interesting.

1 32-oz. Vanilla or Plain Yogurt
1 banana
2 T peanut butter
2 T honey (if using plain yogurt only)

In blender puree banana, then add peanut butter and honey, then the yogurt. Spoon into plastic containers or those small bathroom cups and freeze.

You can also make a meat recipe: Replace the peanut butter and honey with a large jar of baby food meat (your choice)...use the plain yogurt when doing this one.

Thank you -- I am going to try this tommorow -- it is sooo hot here and this would be a great "summer" freezie for the pups!

This is so much better than the store bought which is all chemicals. Nellie goes crazy over it. If you freeze it in ice cube trays it works well.

Here in South Texas our WalMart and HEB food stores actually carry Frost Paws a non dairy ice cream treat for dogs.
