Opt 2 Adopt Lab rescue is serving WV & PA - with hopes to expand in the future. We've rescued our first Opt 2 Adopt lab last week from Columbiana, OH - and will be getting a couple more next week.

For example: $1.00 gets 4 entries, $5.00 gets 20 entries, and so forth!
