I am not a rescue person, but I have just recently rescued my first Lab. I noticed that there is a yellow lab at the same place that I rescued mine from. Her name is Dixie. (http://www.petfinder.org/pet.cgi?action=2&pet=4447201&adTarget=468petsgeneral&SessionID=42a48870611f16b6-app1&display=&preview=1&row=0&tmpl=&stat=)

She looks super sweet. There aren't really any Lab Rescues in Al. but there tend to be lots in shelters.

If anyone could help this sweet puppy please do!! I would take her if I could, but my hubby has just gotten used to Angel and there is no way I could swing another one.

Thanks, and I hope I did the right thing posting this.

She looks very sweet. I hope that someone can help this pretty girl out. Sometimes, just the added exposure helps these guys get noticed by the right people. Thanks for posting her here.

They have a few labs and LOTS of lab mix puppies. Look at these two girls. I wish I could get 4 or 5 of them to PA.

Thank you so much for pulling her out. We take in many labs at our lab rescue in Georgia, and so does Flordia. Such a shame there isn't one in AL yet. We also brought up several puppies; as you would have guessed, all were adopted before they even hit the website. Unfortunately, two were lost due to parvo. Again, thank you for helping to find Dixie a home!
