Where have I been. I just read Woody's sticky about the new board layout and saw there was a weight loss forum.

After my thyroid surgery 2 years ago, I gained 20 lbs. and have been completly miserable.:( I naively thought that since I gained it from an unbalanced thyroid, once I was balanced again, the weight would come off. NOT!

Well, hopefully I can get some good inspiration here and maybe some success at getting some if not all of this extra weight off!

Come on over!! We try to post something everyday to help encourage eachother!! We're all doing different programs, or just doing it on our own, but I know that having the support here has been a huge help to me in my weight loss this past year!!! :) :)
