I watched a news item the other day that went like this:
2 focus groups of women, the first ate a bagel and light cream cheese for breakfast, the other two eggs and toast. Both had the same amount of calories.
The group that ate the eggs lost weight faster because they weren't nibbling as much all day. The eggs have the effect of making you feel more full.
I have tried it the last two days and I have to say that after having cereal and juice for breakfast I would be starving an hour or two later. With 1 egg, a pinch of salsa instead of ketchup and two pieces of wwatchers bread I haven't had that starving feeling. Just my :2cents:
