I need advice on what to do?!?! I have never posted in here before but my neighbor has 2 rotties, they are the SWEETEST girls ever!!! Roxy and Queenie I do have pics I can post them if you want. The problem is that these girls are outside ALL the time, it gets up to 90+ here and they are outside with no water and no food :( I have given them water and food. When we confronted the owners they said that people complained about them having no water but every bowl they put out gets eaten.........the bowl I gave them 3 months ago does not have one single bite mark in it!!!!! I am worried because every time I go over there one of them has a new open sore on there ears, the owner says it from the flies bitting them, but our dogs are out all the time and they have never gotten an open wound from a fly :eek: My final straw was thatwe were over there and the girls were out, so Sean(DH) was petting Roxy and I guess Queenie got jealous cause she attacked Roxy she ripped the end of Roxy's ear OFF and Sean got bit in the prosess, I don't know what to tell these people but it breaks my heart to see them suffer(in my eyes) Do you great people have any advice on how I should handle this????????

I'm really sorry this is so long, but IMO it's a story worth telling :o:
