Hi everyone!!!!

So I hope it's okay that I started this thread for the weekend? :o:

So today at my Weight Watchers meeting, we talked about our challenges, our successes and tips to share. It was very interesting! :thumb4:

So I thought I would share my notes with all of you guys.

Challenges:
-lack of excersise
-over eating
-old eating habits
-lack of motivation
-not drinking enough water
-trying to eat slowly
-lack of sleep
-our cravings

Successes:
-eating healthier
-weight loss
-having more energy
-fitting better into our clothes
-our self-esteem is higher
-getting our goal

Tips:
-plan ahead
-keep a journal
-eat before you go grocery shopping
-make a grocery list
-use the WW tools

If you guys have anything to add, please do!~ :D

BTW, I lost 1.2 lbs this week. I'm happy! :) I hope everyone else had a great week, and here's to a GREAT weekend! Good luck! ;)

That is exactly what we discussed at our meeting last week I just cannot remember what they all were.

I have had such a busy weekend, yesterday we were out with my niece and nephew sliding, hiking, quadding. We had a fire and a lunch outside. Then came home and went for a 45 minute walk. Boozer was exhausted. Today we went for another quad ride over 3 hours had a fire and lunch. Came home a took Boozer for a hour hike had supper and then went to the pool for an hour and a half (20 of which was in the hot tub :) ) I am so tired but it was a great weekend.
