Good morning everyone,

Hopefully we have some losers this week. I unfortunately have not lost anything from last week - too many things going on. I'm back on track this week well until Father's day since I may be taking my dad and hubby out to eat but I haven't decided yet.

How is everyone else doing?

I did horribly this week. Gained about 2 pounds. My baby had an ear infection and cried for 2 solid days and nights. So I stress-ate everything!

Since last week, i've lost 5 pounds. Weighed myself on saturday @135.5 lbs! I'd like to lose another 15 pounds to reach my weight goal.

WTG on the loss! What plan are you following?

I am still up rather than down and I've decided to do something drastic. Well, not really drastic, but I have to change things up a bit! First, I'm cutting out all bread for at least 2 weeks. No more whole wheat English muffin for breakfast. No more whole wheat toast under my scrambled egg. (Wow, I should go back to egg whites, too!) Second, no more Trader Joe's salads for lunch (even though I get the reduced fat kind and they're only 300ish calories). Instead of salads for lunch, I'll be munching on a big bag of carrots and celery. The way I figure it, if I do these things for two weeks, it should be enough to make the scale start back on it's downward journey and that in itself will be motivation to keep working at the loss so I can get to my goal. Last Thanksgiving, I was only 3 pounds from goal and now I have 10 pounds to go. But I know I can do it.

I stopped following the WW's program ( I was hungry all the time...lol and hated keeping track of my pts). About 3 weeks ago I started the South Beach Diet.

I was bad yesterday :o: I went to the Entemann's outlet and bought cookies, torte and cake. Not to mention that I had been at the mall and indulged on an Auntie Anne's cinnamon sugar pretzel - it was so good! Then while I was watching the baseball game I had two slices of the torte with milk! I thought I would have the will power but apparently not :( So I can only imagine what the scale will say on Monday!
