Here is a picture of an 18 mos. old lab/GSD mix that I thought I had found a forever home for. I helped a neighbor down the street find her a home when she was six months old (she and her brother had gotten past the small puppy stage and were running through the underground fence--they had no training, so imagine that!). I took her to my friend's horse farm and she did great for a year. Now she is chasing the horses and has ventured off the farm to chase cattle. My friend is afraid somebody will shoot her. She doesn't have time to train her "outside dogs" but does care about what happens to Lexi.

Right now she has five other "outside only" dogs to play with. However, she has stayed inside with a former farm manager and done just fine, but she needs a lot of exercise. I think she'd be an AWESOME agility or tracking dog. She is sweet as can be, and did get along fine with the farm manager's cats. She's been fixed and is UTD with shots.

I can't take her because I don't have anywhere to put her. Would anyone be interested, or know of anyone who would?

I will be more than happy to help with, or donate toward transport for any person or group that would be interested in Lexi. Her fate probably will not be a good one if we can't find a place for her.
