I got this recipe from a dog training book as a little added extra ~ and Jasper LOVED it..
Ingrediants
1lb of liver (Chicken Liver as this is easier to Liquidise)
1lb Self Raising Flour
2 Eggs
1 Glove of Garlic
Instructions
Liquidise the Liver, Garlic and Eggs together
Mix in the flour
Pour the mixture into a shallow baking tray and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Information
The Liver Cake does not have a long shelf-life, so it is recommended that you cut some of the cake into small pieces and freeze for storage. You can then use them for future reference, making sure that they have thoroughly defrosted first!
Don't be put off by the Garlic!
Garlic is extremely good for your dogs blood and digestion.
(I had this double checked with our Vets as I wasn't too sure..)
Plus, Garlic is brilliant at helping to keep fleas at bay! Apparantly...
Enjoy Doggy's!!! xx
