View Full Version : How Long Does Wet Food Last? hughthedog 11-08-2009, 08:05 PM How long does an opened (but covered with a lid) can of wellness 95% last in the fridge? I looked everywhere on the can and the website but I am not seeing it (not saying it isn't there, I just can't seem to find it, LOL). NancyO 11-08-2009, 08:10 PM I think you can keep it in there for 2 -3 days in the can. I know that's what I do with Charlie's canned food and haven't had a problem. If it were up to Herb-B and Henry Ford these cans wouldn't last 12 minutes,LOL!!! However since neither of them weigh much more then 10 pounds ..... haha!! I wish they sold them in smaller sizes. Actually I think they do but the store here doesn't carry those, oh well -- I suspect that Hooper and Rampage can take any extra off my hands. So I figured it's ok for about 4 days ( I'm sure the company will be over conservative to protect themselves). - although I've never had a can last more than 3 days. Actually Wellness does not make the 95% in the smaller cans. I just checked the website tonight for myself, quite bummed.
