OK, I'm trying to figure out how to explain that question....I wouldn't want anything negative (for the good you are doing for rescue), meaning :confused: return policy etc.

The guarantee includes the buckles and thank goodness, because Ace just somehow got off his collar and destroyed the buckle. You can mail them directly to Lupine. You could go through me, but that would waste a lot of postage. Lupine even pays for the postage back to you!
