Thank you to whoever posted the recipe.... i didn't cook my peppers ahead of time though and they were a little crunchy! But mmmm mmmm good... But they were soooooo goooood. I will be eating them again this week I am sure. I made 8 of them and we have way too much left. Or I could freeze them and have them next week as a quick meal.
