Does anyone know what is the maximum number of dogs per house in California ( Los Angeles). i think it is 3 but im not sure. does it also matter on the size of the dogs? i have 4 dogs in my house but one is a small terrier type that we keep inside most of the time.

You need to contact either your City.. or your County. Ours varies by City.. but I know some states that are larger populated, do them by County.

Either way, they should be able to help get you that information. :)
