I'm so excited! I'm going to be trying out a Tamron 300mm f2.8 in a few days! A friend of ours has it, and hasn't used it for a number of years. I've done some reading in the Pentax forums, and if it's as good as they say, it may be finding a new home. :) Right now I'm using a Tamron 70-300mm f4-5.6 with a 2X teleconverter. They say once I try the 300, I won't want to go back to what I've got now.

Hopefully, the price will be right, and the photos will be good, too. :thumb4:
