Last night I made a dinner using millet as a stuffing...but I made too much for the recipe, and ended up with a couple of cups of plain millet. I was just going to throw it away, but was wondering if I could give some small amounts to Calvin instead. What do you think?

It's a whole grain. I was going to stuff his kong with some of it and some yogurt and freeze. I have to say - I've tried some recipes with different whole grains, and this one recipe was actually good.

Thanks guys! Yesterday I mixed a tablespoon of millet with 1 tablespoon yogurt and put it in his kong. Topped it off with a liver treat and froze. He seemed fine.

We add it in with Java's "cereal" when she gets that... we grind it along with some flax seed and oat groads and then mix that in with plain oatmeal.
