Is it ok to mix my dog's food with canned green beans? He loves them a lot. Should I feed them mixed, or should I feed them separately, in between meals?

You can mix them. I know Barb has used green beans as a weight loss food and so have I - just put in 1 cup of green beans and take OUT 1/2 cup of dog food.

Mixed in his food is fine. But beware that too many green beans can cause some very unpleasant smells after processing, lol.

We give our dogs about 2 to 3 spoons once daily on their supper meal. We buy the unsalted kind, and wash them off before serving.

Do you feed them cooked or uncooked?

I feed them out of a can. well, without that guueee water...
