I'll make this short.

I haven't really been in the mindset of staying with my Weight Watchers but I am paying monthly and don't want to quit.

I have gained 2 lbs. back but that is over about a 4 week period but I still don't want to "GAIN."

So, I went to weigh in on Wednesday and my instructor asked me how I feel it. Of course, I don't feel good about it. I know what I need to do but just can't get there.

So, she handed me the paper to track my points for the week and I hae to turn it in to her next week!

Well, I guess it is working because I am making sure I do everythign right and am traking my points etc!

Stick with it, LouAnn! It gets tedious, but it really helps.:thumb4:

Everyone has a period of de-motivation but it sounds like you are trying to get back on track now. Keep with it and it will pay off.

Sometimes you just need that accountability towards someone to get you back in the grove of things. It is amazing how much you check yourself when you write stuff down - it really seems to help. We are here for you if you need and remember we are in the same boat!

Hang in there! It DOES get better. I just went through the same thing.

The most important thing is......YOU DID NOT QUIT!!!!! :thumb4:
