Hi all, I need a home visit done in Cincinnati. It is for Annie and if I can't find someone quickly, then I will have to drive there and do it, it is about 4 hrs. from me, so I would appreciate if anyone knows anyone near there, please?

I did the home visit Sunday afternoon. I'm going to try and fax to you on Tuesday the paperwork. We are moving offices and the phones get switched over tomorrow. If I can't fax, I will call you and give you the specifics. I think you've already e-mailed me your phone number and I think I e-mailed me mine, so if you don't hear from me tomorrow either way, call me.
