My boss called me and let me know that her next door neighbor has a 4 month old little girl tied to a wheel barrow in their yard.

Apparently they don't want the dog.

I have no idea where she came from or why they have it, but I would HATE for something tragic to happen to this dog.

Does anyone know of a rescue group in Ohio that takes pits?

I wish someone would chain these idiots up outside and let them see how it feels.

I am not sure where in Ohio you are, but I have heard about Pittie's Place.

http://pittiesplace.com/

That is their website. I hope someone is able to offer more help.

That poor, poor little girl :(
