We built Calley a sandbox this past weekend. So far she has been really good about digging in it instead of around the foundation.

Another shot of the girl (she's a serious lab, y'know?) - getting bigger every day. She is now 18 weeks, 20 inches and 33 lbs.

Well, she thinks she is. And if you compare labs to goldens, our experience is that labs are generally less goofy, e.g. more serious, uhemm, well, had to try, anyway!!!! :p:
She has such a gorgeous face!! Bailey decided to play in our neighbor's sandbox the other day as well. Unfortunately their 3 year old daughter did not seem to find it as "cute" as we did!!;)

What a cutie! She looks like she is having a ball. I hope, for your sake, she doesn't leave you any presents to scoop out of there:eek:

Hmmm.... maybe a sand box is the answer to Katie's little digging fetish. We put a flagstone path in our backyard with a sand base a few weeks ago and Katie couldn't stop digging up the flagstones and chewing on them!! so we replaced the flagstone with pavers so she can't get her paws in there to dig them up.
Calley is adorable and sure does seem happy to haver her own sandbox to dig in!
