We took Zoe and Opal to visit my Mom, who is still in the hospital.

This time we sat outside for an hour in the courtyard overlooking the lake and watching the beautiful sunset. The 'girls' were excited to see my Mom and lavished her with Labby-love. We then brought her back inside to her room, with Zoe heeling on the left side of my Mom's wheelchair, and Opal on the right. LOL, almost like they were escorting her in :).

The nurses and some of the other patients smothered them both with 'awws' and 'oows' and lots of petting, and like most Labs, the girls took it all in with happy tails wagging :thumb4: .

Aww! They are such good Labrador Citizens!

Lisa, I'm so sorry your mom's hospital stay has been extended, but how wonderful that the girls could make it feel a bit more like home :)

What good Labbie girls. I bet they loved seeing Grandma.

That had to make your mom feel better, just seeing her 2 grandbabies! Do they know if she might get to come home soon?

Wow, Lisa, what a great story! I am sure that your mom loved having her Lab visitors. I know that if I were in the hospital for an extended stay - it would make me feel a lot better.
