Hi!
We had recently lost our 10 year old dog Duncan due to Bladder cancer and were feeling very empty without a large dog in the house. My husband and I have 2 mini schnauzers, but I have always had big dogs and when Duncan passed, I found myself looking for the dog who would hike with me, take long walks in our neighborhood and lay at my feet.
We decided to look into rescue and and found Raiden. He is a 12 week old Black Lab mix(?). The rescue knows that his mother was a black lab, but are unsure of his father's genes. All of the puppies look pure lab, so we will see when they grow up.
He was only 10 lbs at 10 weeks when we picked him up. 2 weeks later he is 17.5# and growing! Shows you how thin he was when we brought him home.
Can anyone give us an idea what their lab puppy weighed at 12 weeks?
