I have two black labs. One is a AKC lab and the other I'm not sure.
On the one that is AKC I received her papers when I got her as a pup at 3 months. My other lab didn't come with papers and frankly, I forgot to follow up with the breeder to get them.
Here is my question:
However, she has black on her tongue ( spots or streaks). Does this mean that she is not a pure breed? I have heard that the chow breed also has black on their tongue. She shows no signs at all of being mixed with a chow and everything about her is lab, except the tongue.
Thanks in advance.
