DH and I went to a party today where they had a pig roast. yummmm Before the guys running the roast left, I asked them to give me a couple of leg bones for the girls.

So....pork bones, good or bad? I have them in the freezer at the moment, but I don't want to give them to the girls until all of you folks weigh in. Are they okay to give to the girls?

Thanks all! :D

Cooked bones splinter and cause all kinds of problems. Raw bones are more mallable and digestable for dogs.

Do not give cooked bones to dogs. It just causes problems.

Yep, I agree with the rest. If the bones are cooked, don't give them to the dogs.

Thank you all. This is why I asked before I gave them to the girls. Now I know I can toss them. :D
