My dog loves italian sausage. You know, the kind you get at an italian deli - the kind that is raw meat, and you need to fry it.

Here's an easy receipe my dog love.

1/2 link italian sausage (mild)
1 tbs butter (do not use oil - there is oil in the sausage itself)
1/2 can string beans



- cut the sausage in small, quarter of an inch circles.
- in a frying pan, melt the butter.
- place the sausage pieces in the pan
- fry, covered, for 5-6 minutes, on medium heat, mixing the sausage often)
- minute 6: add the string beans (drained and washed)

allow to cool.

I know it's an easy, silly recipe, but Hunter loves it.

Here's what I made for him last night - just a little, for a snack.

Two scrambled eggs, let cool, mix with some small pieces of bread.

Butter is better than oil.

I have a question. Can you give your dog butter? My simba loves Just litter butter and rice. But I can't give him,I heard that butter will make his hair fall.

I don't know for sure. But I do know that it is probably better than cooking oil.
And I use it very seldom, and in great moderation.
