Preston is a beautiful 2 year old black lab mix that was brought to the shelter as a stray on January 22, 2009. He has a beautiful black shiny coat with brown eyes. Preston is very calm and loving and would make a wonderful addition to a loving family.

Thank you both for your kind offers. I did just speak to the shelter and Preston is being pulled for rescue. :cheer2:This shelter has a rescue co-ordinator, a wonderful lady who volunteers. ACO told me as she remembers Preston will be headed for PA.

I got the coordinators # and will call her when she gets back into town and get an e-mail so we have another contact to add to our "lab saving lists". And also follow up to make sure there are no snarls and he actually out of the shelter is on his way.

Great news. Don't know about Preston being a mix. If he is, there isn't much that isn't all Lab. What a great looking dog. I wish I could take him.
